Track Your Order

Tracking your order is quick and easy. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier.

How to track

1. Open your shipping confirmation email from Sounkary™.
2. Click the tracking link, or copy the tracking number.
3. Paste the number on your carrier’s tracking page. If you're not sure which carrier it is, reply to the email and we’ll send the right link.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking details are usually available within 2–5 business days after placing your order (this includes processing time). If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately with different tracking numbers.
